In the event you need to return an item or you have received an item that is in less-than-stellar condition, please contact us at hello@offdutybklyn.com. Returns MUST be sent within 10 days of delivery of your purchase and all returned items MUST be in good, unused condition. Please note, items returned for reasons other than damage must be sent at the purchaser's expense and original shipping fees will not be returned. All sale items are Final Sale.

My Package Tracking Says It Was Delivered But I Didn’t Receive It. Can You Help?

We know how upsetting it is when something ordered doesn't make it into the right hands. As a small business, we cannot replace items whose tracking is marked as "Delivered"; once in the hands of the mail carrier, it is unfortunately out of our control. We will do our best to help.
